A Mediterranean Sequence of Spaces
In this renovation, outdoor areas become the core of the project, conceived as a natural extension of the home and its landscape. Terraces, leisure areas and circulation spaces are arranged as a continuous sequence that shapes the way the house is experienced.
The design balances open platforms with more sheltered zones, integrating the pool, chill-out areas and a softly modelled amphitheatre into a single spatial narrative. Local Ibiza materials—natural stone, lime-based finishes and Mediterranean wood—anchor the project to its context while offering a contemporary interpretation of the island’s architectural language.
More than a formal intervention, the project explores outdoor living as an essential part of the home, shaped by light, climate and a close relationship with the landscape.
